RETURN POLICY

At Cake & Sir, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help you with an exchange for a different size or to return for a store credit only. Store credit can be used on all products offered.

Returns Eligibility

 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, accessories, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Process

 

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at CakeSirLLC@gmail.com within the 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items must be mailed back within 7 days of approval.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ensure you receive a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Hello Molly hangtags, attached.
  • Any products marked 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Handbags sold with a dust bag or other packaging must be returned with the original dust bag and packaging.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, Undercover Style Helpers.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
